Job summary

Headrise AVA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Boonton, New Jersey to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. Earn $75-$100/hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus as you supervise Behavior Technicians and support families.

This part-time, in-person/remote/hybrid role offers flexible scheduling with a school-season schedule and summer shifts. The BCBA will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, track progress, and ensure ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• LBA license issued by the State of New Jersey preferred (will be required in the near future).
• Previous experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Location: Boonton, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• School Schedule (ends June 23): Monday- Friday 3:00PM- 6:00PM

  Summer Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:00AM - 3:00PM

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
