Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience or interest in pediatric ABA services.
• Ability to conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP and PEAK.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor RBTs.
• New graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead treatment planning for pediatric clients.
• Supervise RBT staff and mentor the team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate care.
• Manage a caseload of up to 8 clients with autonomy.
• Support ongoing mentorship and CEU activities.
