Success On The Spectrum Smyrna is hiring a BCBA to lead clinical programs in our new Smyrna, GA center. You will supervise BCBAs and interns, create individualized, research-based client programs, and oversee in-center and in-home services.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm, weekly in-home supervision, ongoing training, a strong support network, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k matching and a sign-on bonus.

Qualificações

• BACB Certification required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• No criminal background.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work In Center Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Supervise in-home clients weekly 4:00pm - 6:30pm
• Acting Quality Assurance Officer
• Acting Ethics Officer
• Conflict Resolution/Incident Response
• Weekly Meetings with BCBAs
• Oversee other BCBAs work and offer support
• Create Individualized, research-based client programs
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
• Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
• Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
• Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
• Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
• Train Interns and Trainers
• Respond to Insurance Audits
• Safety Management
