Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Alpharetta team. This full-time position offers a supportive work culture with opportunities to supervise RBTs and lead behavior-analytic programs for children and families.

You will design and monitor interventions, perform assessments, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality outcomes. Relocation assistance is available, along with a robust benefits package and ongoing professional

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Initiate state licensure prior to start date.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
  • Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments (functional assessments, preference assessments, etc.).
  • Supervise others pursuing BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
  • Perform other typical BCBA activities as needed.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Other typical BCBA activities
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
