Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Columbus, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role offers a flexible hybrid model with in-home supervision and strong admin support.

The BCBA will oversee clinical programming, conduct assessments, and mentor RBTs while developing individualized treatment plans. A Masters degree and active BCBA certification are required, with GA licensure and eligibility within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.

As a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients and their families.

About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and more.
