Job summary

Jobot is seeking a BCBA in California to lead behavior analytic services for children with ASD and related needs. The role offers a guaranteed first-year bonus plus a $10,000 sign-on, with no weekend work and flexible scheduling to balance caseloads of 10-12 clients.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA, has at least 2 years' ABA experience, and can supervise RBTs, train families, and collaborate with medical and educational teams. Strong data skills and bilingual能力 are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Knowledge of current ABA research and practices.
• Ability to handle high responsibility and confidentiality.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary, using data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients as needed.
• Conduct parent training and provide ongoing support to families.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
• Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines as outlined by the BACB.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
