Behavior Frontiers in California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement ABA programs for children with autism. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration with families and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• At least 1 year designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism.
• Lead assessment activities and data-driven program adjustments.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
