Job summary

Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to lead and design individualized ABA programs, partnering with families and therapists across Rockville, MD, and the Northern Virginia area.

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 annually, with hybrid scheduling and immediate start. You’ll work to drive meaningful clinical outcomes with a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Active Virginia LBA license (or in progress).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA at Jade, you’ll be at the core of our mission, designing and overseeing individualized ABA programs that help clients reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
