Jade ABA Therapy LLC, based in Alexandria, VA, is hiring a BCBA to support our growing caseload in Alexandria and surrounding Northern Virginia. Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities with immediate start.

The role focuses on designing and overseeing individualized ABA programs to help clients reach their full potential. We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 to $115,000 per year, flexible hybrid scheduling, generous PTO, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Active Virginia LBA license (or in progress).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers
• Supervising and mentoring RBTs/BTs
• Analyzing data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes
• Providing compassionate, high-quality care in home and community settings

What You’ll Do
