Job summary

Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is seeking BCBAs to drive high-quality ABA programs in the Richmond area and Northern Virginia. This role offers both Full-Time and Part-Time options with competitive compensation and meaningful clinical leadership opportunities.

You will develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and work closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, evidence-based care. Local candidates preferred in Virginia and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing.
• Licensed or eligible in VA.
• Experience working with individuals with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Must be local.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts.
• Conduct assessments and update programming as needed.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and compliance.

Compensation

• Full-Time: $90,000 - $120,000/year bonus potential
• Part-Time: $100 - $120/hour
• Flexible schedules, choose your own hours
