Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking qualified BACB-credentialed clinicians to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The role offers a total compensation package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, with mentorship of RBTs, supervision of trainees, and potential for long-term ownership as you advance to Sr.

BCBA roles. Position includes a Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours, remote work options, and a robust bonus program, including sign-on, mentorship, and certification

Job description

Compensation And Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package from \$84,500 to \$119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.
• Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.
• BCBA’s become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Bonus Structure

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped.
• Sign On Bonus: Up to \$10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay.
• Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
• Relocation Packages available.
• 401(k) with company match.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance

• Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, daytime hours.
• A few days off in Year One: including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.
• Manageable caseloads: support up to 8 children.
• No Non‑Compete Clauses.
