Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Savannah, GA for a full-time role. Starting rate $95k per year with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Relocation up to $15k and student loan forgiveness up to $24k are available. You will design and supervise ABA programs, work with RBTs, and contribute to outcomes for children and families in our growing center.

• Active BCBA certification, required
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date if required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities

What You’ll Do
