Butterfly Effects, a BCBA-led organization in Florida, invites experienced BCBAs to join our interdisciplinary team. You'll lead and supervise RBTs/BTs, develop individualized goals, and coordinate care across clinicians to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism.

Responsibilities

Our BCBAs earn above the national average. Here is what your total package looks like:

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
• Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
• Total Potential: Up to $102,000
