Job summary

Butterfly Effects seeks a BCBA to join a fully supported, BCBA-led organization focused on empowering clinicians and families. You will lead supervision of RBTs/BTs, design individualized plans, and collaborate with a range of professionals to drive meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, BACB certification preferred.
  • Active BCBA certification required and experience supervising staff.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
  • Assess and plan: conduct functional behavior assessments and create intervention plans.
  • Empower families: lead caregiver training sessions to build long-term capacity.
  • Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.

Compensation That Reflects Your Value

Our BCBAs earn above the national average. Here is what your total package looks like:

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
  • Total Potential: Up to $107,000

Your Role at Butterfly Effects
As a BCBA On Our Interdisciplinary Team, You Will
  • Lead & Supervise: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
