Job summary

Bright Builders ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Columbia, Maryland team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families to achieve meaningful client progress.

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. In this role, you will:

Requirements:
  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Schedule:
  • Pay Rate: $95 - $115 HOURLY
  • Full-time: 25 hours/week or part-time available
