Job summary

Bright Builders ABA in Frederick, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children. You will supervise RBTs, provide ongoing training, and collaborate with families to support client progress.

In this full-time role, you will conduct assessments, adjust goals as needed, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards while advancing your leadership and clinical skills.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Schedule:
  • Pay Rate: $95 - $115 HOURLY
