Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (LBA) - Full-Time, Hybrid Role (In-Home & Remote)

We're looking for a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our dynamic team in this full-time hybrid role, where you'll provide in-home ABA therapy services and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely for planning and administrative tasks.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and oversee individualized in-home ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data analysis.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians working with in-home clients.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure consistent, effective care in the home environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay up to date with the latest ABA research and best practices.

What You'll Bring:

• Active BCBA and AZ LBA certification (required).
• Experience in developing and implementing ABA programs, particularly in in-home settings.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
