Job summary

Behavior Frontiers in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and lead ABA programs for children with autism. You will conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments and apply DTT and VB strategies.

We offer $90,000–$95,000 per year plus bonuses, unlimited PTO, student loan repayment, paid maternity leave, a 401(k) match, full benefits from day one, and regular CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and master's degree in a related field required.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Proficiency with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies
