Children’s Specialized ABA in Maryland seeks a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design and supervise ABA programs, and support families. You’ll train BTs/RBTs, monitor progress, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists.
In-center work with a generous benefits package. Base salary ranges from $92,000 to $100,000, with a total compensation potential of $116,600 including bonus.
