Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA teams, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate across disciplines to improve outcomes for children with autism. You will work within a fully accredited, growth‑oriented organization prioritizing ethical standards and family involvement.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, mentorship, and ongoing professional development with nationwide expansion.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification from BACB.
  • Experience leading teams in ABA therapy for children with autism.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high‑quality ABA service delivery.
  • Assess and plan by performing functional behavior assessments and developing goals.
  • Empower families through monthly caregiver training sessions.
  • Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
  • Total Potential: Up to $102,000

Your Role at Butterfly Effects
