Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead therapy services in a hybrid setting, combining remote and in-person work. The role requires at least 2 years of ABA experience and involves supervising RBTs, collaborating with educators, and guiding families from a laptop or in person.

You will design treatment plans, ensure high-quality care, and grow the program by partnering with schools and communities across the state.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 2+ years of ABA experience required.
• Experience with school- or home-based settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload with ABA therapy delivery.
• Provide school-based supervision in person.
• Provide in-home supervision via telehealth.
• Design and implement assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Build relationships with schools and communities in the state.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics and relevant laws.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
