Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinical care across North Carolina. You will conduct FBAs, design individualized treatment plans, and mentor support staff in a collaborative, compassionate environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$100,000 base with monthly bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus, and a Monday–Friday schedule with possible work-from-home options. Join a clinician-led team focused on growth and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in clinic and support families’ home/community goals.
• Train and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

What You’ll Be Doing
