Job summary

NEW JERSEY ASSOCIATION FOR BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS INC is seeking qualified clinicians to provide ABA services across schools, homes, and communities. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while ensuring accurate documentation and data-driven decisions.

The role offers remote flexibility where appropriate, full-time schedules with school hours, and competitive compensation starting at $80 per hour plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, homes, community)
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision to RBTs and direct parent training
• Maintain strong clinical documentation and data-driven decision-making
• After-school hours required with a minimum of two home cases per week during those hours
