Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico in San Juan, PR eagerly seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children with autism. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and overseeing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans in a collaborative clinical setting.

Starting salary is $85K per year, with final compensation based on experience and education.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessments, functional assessments).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Collaborate with families, school teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date(ifrequired)

• Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
