Job summary

Alpaca Health invites BCBAs to become the owner and clinical leader of their own ABA practice in Peyton, CO, with autonomy over clinical care, caseload, schedule, team, and growth. Alpaca provides infrastructure including payer contracting, technology, billing, credentialing, and administrative support to help you launch and scale your practice.

Alpaca Health partners with experienced BCBAs to build and grow their own independent ABA practices.

Instead of working for a traditional ABA company, you become the owner and clinical leader of your practice—with control over your clinical care, caseload, schedule, team, and growth.

Alpaca provides the infrastructure and support needed to get your practice up and running, including payer contracting, technology, billing, credentialing, and administrative support.

You focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care to clients and families while building a practice of your own.

What You'll Do
