Job summary

AllTheWay ABA is seeking a remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers flexible REMOTE scheduling with full-time or part-time options and an hourly pay rate of $90.00-$95.00.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop ABA-based treatment plans, train staff, and coordinate care with educators and therapists to support meaningful skill development for children with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with special education practices and ABA principles.
• Proficient in conducting patient assessments and data collection.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development.
• Provide direct patient care, including one-on-one therapy sessions and group sessions.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessment tools.
• Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing treatment plans effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in ABA.
