Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based ABA and ongoing professional development.

This full remote position supports families across the United States. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing remote ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• NC License required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA remotely.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $85 - $100/hour depending on experience

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability. Some evenings may be required
