ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement behavior-analytic programs. The role requires a Master’s degree and active BCBA certification. Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 (full‑time)

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
• Other typical BCBA activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification (required).
• BCa or BBA preferred before starting services.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background, drug screening, and driving record.
