Location: McDonough, GA
Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 (full‑time)
Sign On Bonus: $20k (Limited Time Only)
Relocation Package: Up to $15k

What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
- Other typical BCBA activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
- Active BCBA certification (required).
- BCa or BBA preferred before starting services.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to maintain clean background, drug screening, and driving record.
