Job summary

Nbutexas in Colorado Springs seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized plans. This nonprofit team offers strong staff support, ongoing training, and meaningful community impact while serving children in clinic or home settings.

Ideal candidates have ABA experience, a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, and BCBA certification or in process. Onsite work is primary with some home visits, and the organization emphasizes hands-on

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis is required.
• Board Certification or in progress; we will assist with certification.
• Experience working with children in clinic and/or at-home settings.
• 1–2+ years of ABA experience.
• Must be able to work onsite (mostly) or in the home.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop/implement BIPs for autism and related disabilities.
• Supervise and train RBTs in implementing BIPs.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals for coordinated services.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust BIPs.
• Stay updated on ABA research and best practices.

• Must pass required state and company background checks
• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis
• Board Certified or in the process (we will help you complete your certification!)
• Experience working with children in clinic and/or at-home settings
• 1-2+ years of ABA experience
• Be able to work onsite (mostly) or in the home
• Genuine passion for helping children

Board Certified Behavior AnalystResponsibilities
