Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Covina, CA. The role offers flexible scheduling, with options for full-time or part-time work, and a supportive leadership structure focused on clinical quality and work-life balance.

You will conduct FBAs, develop and oversee BIPs, supervise RBTs/BTs, and provide parent training. A master’s degree in ABA and active BCBA certification are required, with opportunity for growth and CEU support.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000/year (Negotiable based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models)
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity
• Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases
• Strong communication and leadership skills

(Bilingual Spanish is a plus!)
