Job summary

B Above Services in Lafayette, Indiana seeks a qualified BCBA for leadership in supervising ABA programs and guiding clinical teams. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support children and families.

The role requires active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and experience supervising RBTs.
