Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA in Missouri for a part-time, remote role. The candidate should hold BCBA certification with an MO license (LBA), have autism experience, strong data-analysis skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• LBA licensure in Missouri (LBA MO) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation practices and HIPAA regulations.
• Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques.
