Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy for learners. This role emphasizes a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and trauma-informed, ethical care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Indiana LBA preferred or eligible for licensure.
• Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technician.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Apply a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach with trauma-informed, ethical care.
• Collaborate with SLP-BCBAs on co-treatment sessions.
