Job summary

Alpaca Health invites experienced BCBAs to become the owner and clinical leader of their own independent ABA practice in Houston. You’ll control clinical care, caseload, team, and growth while Alpaca provides infrastructure, payer contracting, technology, billing, credentialing and admin support.

Hybrid, remote practice with flexible part-time, contract engagements lets you focus on delivering exceptional client care and building a practice that you own.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required in good standing.
• Active LBA license where required by state.
• Experience providing ABA services with clients and families.
• Strong clinical communication and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice.

About The Opportunity

Alpaca Health partners with experienced BCBAs to build and grow their own independent ABA practices.

Instead of working for a traditional ABA company, you become the owner and clinical leader of your practice—with control over your clinical care, caseload, schedule, team, and growth.

Alpaca provides the infrastructure and support needed to get your practice up and running, including payer contracting, technology, billing, credentialing, and administrative support.

You focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care to clients and families while building a practice of your own.
