Job summary

Achieving True Self is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical ABA programs for children and families in Maryland. You will assess, design, and oversee individualized treatment plans while mentoring BCBA candidates and RBTs to ensure high-quality, ethical care across teams.

Youll partner with families to extend progress beyond sessions and drive meaningful outcomes, with a focus on growth, supervision, and professional excellence in a supportive ATS culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required and Maryland license is needed.
• Evening availability 2–3 days a week preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise BCBA candidates and RBTs across teams.
• Mentor families to support progress beyond sessions.
• Collect data and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA with ATS, you’ll play a vital role in assessing, developing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for our young clients. You’ll also serve as a mentor and supervisor to BCBA candidates, RBTs, and clinical staff, supporting high-quality, ethical care across our teams.

In partnership with families and caregivers, you’ll provide training and guidance that empowers them to support continued progress beyond sessions—extending your impact far beyond the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range:

• $60-80 per hour for direct, billable hours, based on experience.
• Other pay- Non-billable rate provided for indirect hours such as training, onboarding, and travel time.
• 2 Hours of paid treatment planning time offered to you monthly regardless of insurance.

Sign-On Bonus:

• Full-time BCBA : $5000 after 400 billable hours within 6 months.
• Part-time BCBA : $3500 after 275 billable hours within 6 months.

• Collect and analyze data, and update treatment plans as needed.
• Help shape the future of ABA services in Maryland by maintaining high standards of care and professional excellence.
