ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team. We offer flexible schedules, Hybrid work, and opportunities for career advancement to drive outcomes for children with autism and related disorders.

The BCBA will lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, while adhering to ethical and payer standards. Equal opportunity employer and supportive growth culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• NC LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum and assessments.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing training.
• Experience with parent training and in-home/in-school programs.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical standard operating procedures.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $50,000 - $135,000 per annum
• Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Location: Northwest Greensboro, NC

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Current NC LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
