ASAT (ABA A Step At A Time Care) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Wake Forest, NC. We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment with opportunities for career advancement and performance bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

The BCBA will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success while maintaining compliance with regulatory and payer standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current NC LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum scope and sequence.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism.
• Experience training and supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $50,000 - $135,000 per annum

• Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Location: Wake Forest, NC

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

• Current NC LBA licensure required.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.

• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.

• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.

• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
