Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking BCBA clinicians in Iowa to design individualized behavioral programming and supervise ABA technicians. You will lead assessments, develop goals, and ensure ethical, trauma-informed care across cases.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in behavior analytic content.
Active BCBA credential.
State licensure eligibility to practice in Iowa.
Eligible to supervise RBTs.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals.
Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor progress of behavior support plans.

Your Key Tasks

Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
