Proficio Therapy Services in Gilroy, CA seeks a BCBA to lead ABA service delivery, assessments, and PBIP design. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families, and coordinate across home, school, and clinic settings.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for cohesive interventions across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training to Behavior Technicians and participate in team meetings.
