Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA therapy programs for children with autism. The role includes supervising RBTs and caregivers, conducting assessments, and ensuring high-quality behavioral interventions in a clinical setting.

Candidates must hold BCBA certification and a Master’s degree, with licensure in progress where applicable. This full-time position is on-site in Georgia with relocation assistance available.

  • State licensure process to be initiated before start date.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs.

  • Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention (e.g., functional, preference).
  • Provide weekly supervision for BCBA candidates seeking certification.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Other typical BCBA activities
