Job summary

Strides ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home service team in Fair Lawn. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, analyze data, and ensure evidence-based interventions are applied effectively while collaborating with families and other professionals.

This role offers a flexible schedule (after school and evenings), competitive pay between $75 and $95 per hour, and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification is required.
  • Experience working with children in ABA clinical or in-home settings.
  • Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
  • Proficient in diagnostic evaluation techniques and patient assessment methods.
  • Understanding of special education requirements and strategies.
  • Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation in HIPAA-compliant manner.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with families and team members.
  • Patience, empathy and commitment to positive behavioral outcomes.
