Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a part-time BCBA to support children and families across multiple settings in the United States. You will conduct assessments, create and monitor individualized treatment plans, and mentor BTs/RBTs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers flexible scheduling including home-based and center-based options, with a focus on reducing drive time and promoting work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification is required.
  • LABA certification required where state law mandates.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Comfortable providing home-based services and collaborating with families.
  • Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
  • Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
  • Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
  • Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Compensation:
  • $60-$70
What You’ll Do
As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:
