Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Boston area to join a collaborative clinical team. You’ll conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and provide supervision to BTs/RBTs across center-based, home-based, or hybrid service models.

We support clinicians with flexible scheduling, work-from-home days, and dedicated intake/credentialing resources to minimize administrative burden, enabling focus on client outcomes and sustainable work-life

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising BTs/RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
