Childwise ABA, based in Ohio, seeks a passionate BCBA to join our growing team, delivering high-quality ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and eligibility for Ohio COBA license.
• Experience supervising ABA programs preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to develop and supervise treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and update goals; provide parent training.
• Maintain documentation and clinical notes.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
