Job summary

Abilities Unlimited ABA in Clarksville, TN is seeking a qualified BCBA to provide in-person services with telehealth as needed. You will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, supervise staff, and use data to guide decision-making.

This role offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule, a supportive team, mentorship, and growth opportunities as the company expands. The position requires travel within the Clarksville area and local transportation.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise staff and review client data per BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

Schedule / Work Set Up

Monday–Friday, primarily daytime hours. Services are primarily in-person in the Clarksville area, with telehealth available when clinically appropriate and approved.

Salary / Compensation

$75,000-95,000 depending on experience.
