Job summary

Abilities Unlimited ABA in Clarksville, TN is seeking a BCBA to conduct functional assessments and develop treatment plans. The role emphasizes supervision of RBTs and collaboration with families to ensure consistency across settings.

In-person services are primary, with telehealth available when appropriate. Competitive salary ranges $75,000–$95,000 depending on experience, plus benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (required).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-person services

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBTs, BTs, and clinical staff.
• Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision‑making.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments.
• Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development.
