Job summary

Headway Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Bayonne, New Jersey. You will conduct assessments, create ABA treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and support families while earning $75–$110 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow your career.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• New Jersey LBA license preferred and may become required soon.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
