Job summary

Headway Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism in Parlin, New Jersey. This part-time role offers pay at $75–$110 per hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, support families, and help clients thrive while advancing your career. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, tracking progress with data, training parents, and maintaining documentation

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• LBA license preferred (will be required in near future).
• Previous experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
