Java-Autism-Services seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to empower clients through evidence-based ABA programs. You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with families to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

Skills and Qualifications:
