Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy is expanding our Georgia clinical team by hiring BCBAs to provide clinical oversight for individualized ABA services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with families and behavior technicians to develop treatment plans and monitor progress.

You will mentor staff, train caregivers, and drive data-driven decisions while maintaining thorough documentation and ethical standards in a supportive, clinician-centered culture.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight for ABA services for children with autism.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
